CANDiLINKS - earCANDi
One of my favourite activities is making music. It's just too much fun. There are plenty of sites out there dedicated to helping musical artists reach as big an audience as possible. This page of CANDiGRAM is dedicated to simply showing everyday folk, such as myself, expressing themselves with music for the sheer pleasure it brings them.

Bad Dad - The White Ship
Again - Grace Kaya
Back in 2010 I was making my very first film project, even more fledgling than I still am. Grace was passing through and we filmed her singing one of her songs. It's a live performance captured with three cameras. She's a multi-talented singer, musician, dancer, yoga instructor. Find out more about her here: www.gracekaya.com
Snug - Robert Blackwell
My friend, Rob, is a perfect example of an everyday guy who is constantly making music, not because he wants to rule the world but just because he loves it. I helped him make this video and then he had to have a lie down for three weeks to recover from the shock. Click this text to find him on facebook.
It's So Hard - Mad Jack
Lorenz is my very good friend and one of the ones who turned up to help with the Bad Dad video. He asked if he could have a copy of the footage of his performance with Yenna to create a video for one of his own songs from the mists of time. I love what he did with it. Click this text to find him on facebook.
Demelza's Song, Red is My Heart - Rose Oke Millett
I helped Rose to record her version of this song, and then she did something I love: she took herself off, completely on her own, and made a video for it. Sometimes she was holding the camera herself, sometimes she literally just stuck it in the sand. I'd love to see more of the creative types out there following Rose's wonderful example. https://www.facebook.com/roseokemillettactor
Mr. Normal - Claude Insecte
An early foray into music video making. Unfortunately, Claude, the artist, really doesn't like it. Which is a shame for me because I just think his lyrics in this song are sublime. Check out some more of his songs: https://soundcloud.com/claude-10
Aurora - Flickpix
A bunch of us occasionally enter the 48-Hour Film Project competitions. You have 48 hours to write, film, edit and deliver a film based around certain given themes/ingredients. Amazing what you can do in 48 hours with a little help from your friends. http://www.48hourfilm.com/home
The Treasure - Tim Flood
Following the completion of Aurora (above) Tim took the project and reworked it, giving it a clearer narrative that we couldn't quite achieve within the constraints of the 48-Hour Film Project. I think there's a lot to be said for returning to a piece rather than seeing it as something that is set in stone, for good or bad. Nice work, Tim. Click this text for Tim's vimeo page.
ShillMaker - Ianto
An old one of mine.
